The history of our B&B in a historic building in Cazzano di Tramigna
A restoration that fully respects the villa's originality.
Many lives, many smiles and many souls have passed through this residence.
Villa di Cazzano – Bioluxury Living is an ancient residence in Cazzano di Tramigna, near Soave, guardian of its own discreet and profound soul, deserving of respect.
In 2017, we decided to restore this 18th-century residence, which belonged to my grandparents, carefully preserving its style, memory and most authentic essence.
We made every choice focusing on respect and attention to the original details. We tried to preserve and honour everything we could: the stone walls, the floors, the central roof beams, which we found almost destroyed, the tuff and marble stairs, and the furniture left by my grandparents are all original.
The restoration was therefore a work of unveiling its splendour.

The Villa extends over three levels, all connected by an elevator.
Each room is named after a wildflower native to the area. The design draws inspiration from the beneficial traditions of these plants, which have been used for centuries to support the well-being of body and mind.
Outside, in the large park behind the villa, I created a botanical garden with wild and medicinal herbs that you can discover and enjoy.
Our hospitality is always mindful of staying in harmony with nature. For this reason, we offer organic products and locally sourced ingredients.
And we are always here for you, whatever you may need.

Villa di Cazzano - Bioluxury Living:
a centuries-old legacy of nobility and memory
Built in the 18th century by the Stappo family on the ruins of a previous property, the villa was a summer residence and agricultural center. It passed to the Giuliari counts, who were also active in local politics. After its sale in 1922, it was purchased by the great-grandparents of the current owners.
Over time, it hosted public parties and celebrations. The large halls were opened for baptisms, weddings... and even today, the village elders remember the parties they held here.
The complex also included an 18th-century oratory, now lost, which bore witness to the family's devotion.
The history of the villa is intertwined with that of the village: a place inhabited by nobles, workers, travellers and memories that still surface today among the walls and archive documents.

From these plants we also produce Bach Flower remedies, drops that support emotional balance.
We've been taking care of this space for years, promoting native plants to offer you a place of beauty, tranquillity and well-being. You can enjoy it on your own or take part in free guided tours and activities we organise.

Bath in the hot tub
Take a moment just for yourself. Our outdoor hot tub is available by reservation for private 30-minute sessions. The first entry is free (only if you book directly on the website or by calling us). The water is heated to approximately 30°C.
Each use is followed by thorough sanitisation to ensure a safe, rejuvenating experience in complete peace of mind.

Breakfast with activities, if you wish
Every morning, depending on the weather, we propose light activities before or after breakfast: a walk in the villa's park or in the hills, a morning warm-up or meditation sessions.
